If your wall is leaning, weeping, or pushed back > 1″ from level, it’s repairable — don’t wait for a collapse to rebuild from scratch.
Add a lift to a new dock build and you save ~$1,800 vs. retrofitting later — pilings get sized for it the first time.
Permit success rate north of 95% on first submission, because we already know what each agency wants to see.
